SCCEC 2024 Call for Nomination Elections

President-Elect (3), Vice President (4-year term), and Treasurer (3-year term)

As chair of the 2024-2025 Nominating Committee, I am writing to seek your nominations of candidates to stand for election for the Executive Committee and Executive Board.

Member engagement is critical to the success of SCCEC, and the Board relies upon your recommendations for strong candidates. Even if you represent a different category of membership, please consider colleagues you know at other institutions that are current SCCEC members.   We encourage you to consider someone who embodies the spirit of serving as a deserving candidate.

Candidate biographies will be shared in an upcoming SCCEC membership email.

As you consider this opportunity, please keep the dates below in mind:

• January 3, 2025 – deadline for nominations
• January 17, 2025- Candidate bios will be shared with membership
• March 1, 2025 – elections held at Representative Assembly

Terms of election begin in July 2025
